Looks like Relo Web, Relo King, Relo Alaska, etc have been Trade Marked according to uspto.gov

Looks like those listing are DEAD.

Yeah…while I am not a party to it either, I thought the thread was very interesting. Doing the attorney with the Aprils Fools thing made me grin.

Actually that took a pair that “clang” in my book! Some real stones there!

I am not one to get into the legal mumbo jumbo of it. I try to avoid that stuff myself…but (like you), it continues to amaze me at how little it takes to start a throwdown out there in the wild wild web!

One guy with an attitude can start a good ole fashion brawl just like in the western movies!

Interesting that relo could be trademarked considering it is abbreviated for relocation which is too broad to actually trademark. I wonder if relo-experts could be trademarked though. Looks like Relo Web, Relo King, Relo Alaska, etc have been Trade Marked according to uspto.gov
