What he did to Ohio State (not THE, I refuse to use that moniker) was the true litmus test that should quell the doubters who say his competition is weak. My only concern for him is that he doesn't play on one of the coasts, so therefore ESPN will basically ignore him. I hope the Bears get a shot at him in the draft, but I doubt he'll drop that far. Anyway, I agree with you that NIU is amongst the top teams in the Mid-America conference. Garrett Wolfe is an incredible player and worthy of the Heisman, however I just don't know yet if he'll get it. The team I like more and more this year is Michigan. Each week they surprise me more and more, and I thoroughly love the beating they gave to the then ranked 2nd Notre Dame. An Incredible game!
