OK... so, let's try a search for Puyallup Real Estate in MSN. The very first organic result appears to be kimlamantia (dot) com - an Advanced Access templated website - which contains the exact same default information I've seen on thousands of their websites. Also, there are no listings and the property search button brings up a 404 error.

Please explain what credibility this site has and how they deserve the top ranking. I don't see any content and relevance to my search term. On the other hand, I do see that they have 760 (crappy) links, which is the most that MSN is recognizing out of any other site in the top 10...

How is this site going to help me in my search for Puyallup Real Estate? There is nothing in that site about Puyallup at all!

The sites that appear below the first result (including yours) are much more relevant to my search.

I think the reason msn does so well in actually giving sites the credibility they deserve is that they index your site so often compared to the googlebot, and then actually give credit where credit is due. Unlike google where all you need to do is link to other related and high quality/PR sites. Msn seems to take your content and relevance to the search term and use that to display their results, not just money and the amount of links you have.
