Announcing New SEOmozzer: Jane Copland
Jane Copland, SEOmoz’s newest employee hasn’t had a discostyle welcome, yet – until now.
Hailing all the way from Wellington, New Zealand, Jane attended Washington State University where she kicked some ass for the Cougars’ swim team, making it all the way to the NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships her Senior year! She just graduated this past May with a degree in English.
Jane was sucked in by the ambience of SEOmoz and found herself quickly engrossed in their unconventional hiring process. Her blog post – “Generating Our Stuff on Their Space” – displayed her writing skills and was well received, as the readers of SEOmoz voted it among the best of the entries.
Jane will be using her superfly writing powers “for awesome” to help SEOmoz with everything from keyword stuffing to spamming to uh… I mean, everything from high quality creatives to blogging to technical writing, exposition, reviews and more…
Jane is an Aquarius, likes to be active, and enjoys engaging in intellectual conversations. Her biggest pet peeve is when people think they can do the robot dance, but really can’t.
Keep a lookout for Jane’s future blog entries (under the suspicious handle: JaneCopland), and please welcome her to SEOmoz and the SEO community. Delighted to have you on board, Jane!
Yayuh!

Is that an educated guess as to which post was hers? Making some pretty hasty conclusions there…
I also didn’t know that foiled robot dances was Jane’s biggest pet peeve

Maybe I wrote all the blog posts. Or maybe I wrote none of them… now those are some conspiracy theories in the making. Thanks for the all-star write up

Rebecca – It’s not an “educated guess”… I just know.

How do you know? Was your disco-sense a-tinglin’?

Disco – you’re too clever by half. Thanks for the kind words and all your contributions on the blog. I didn’t even know you had your own blog until now – I’ll have to start reading.
