I was performing some local searches on Google when I came across this new SERP layout:

As you can see, the OneBox appears in the middle of the results and it’s not the expandable/collapsible PlusBox. Other local searches still produce the more familar SERP with the local OneBox at the top:

I tend to ignore most memes because I feel like they are starting to get out of hand, but this one is a little different and it has the potential to greatly benefit all of those who get involved.
I ran across a post by Gary Lee, who is the creator of this train, which is basically like the familiar chain-letter-tag-you’re-it type meme with a multi-level-marketing-type-but-not-as-stupid twist added in. This one is based around the Technorati favorites feature.
